This easy guide will help you update your iPhone or iPad to receive and send email using your new account settings. While the images may differ between iOS5 and iOS6 devices, the steps are the same.

Step 1. Locate your email settings:

  • On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings (typically on your homescreen)

  • Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
     

        

 

Step 2. In the Accounts section, tap the email address to be updated

Step 3. Tap the same email address again on the next screen

 

Step 4. Update your INCOMING MAIL SERVER settings:

  • Edit the Host Name field to: pop3.kmtel.com

  • Please make sure the User Name is your full email address (ex: myemail@kmtel.com)

Step 5. Update your OUTGOING MAIL SERVER settings:

  • Tap SMTP

  • Confirm that the Primary Server is correct

  • If the primary server is not correct, see if the server is available in the Other SMTP SERVERS list

  • If the server is not there, tap Add Server

  • In the Host Name field enter: smtpa.kmtel.com

  • In the User Name field enter: Your full email address (ex: myemail@kmtel.com)

  • In the Password field enter: Your email password

  • Tap Save

  • Tap No in the screen asking “Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?”

  • Tap Save

   

Congratulations, your email is now configured!
