How To Manage Block and Allow Lists
If you still cannot find a message that you know someone has sent you, or if you are getting a message that you don't ever want to see (even in the Junk folder), you can Block or allow a certain sender or email domain.
Click on the Gear icon at the upper right of the page and click Settings.
Click Blocked and Allowed Senders from the left menu.
Here you can add an email address or a whole email domain (ie. ebay.com) so you can either Allow or Block all messages from specific senders.
- To Block a sender, enter in the email address above the Blocked Senders list and click Block.
- To Allow a sender, enter in the email address above the Blocked Senders list and click Allow.
Click Save once your changes are complete.
