This guide will help you update your Windows 10 - Mail App program to receive and send email using your new account settings.

Step 1. Open your Mail App:

  • Select Accounts in the left slide out tab

  • Select your email account

  • Select Change mailbox sync settings

  • IMPORTANT: Ensure that your username is your full email address, example: If not, please update this field.


Step 2. Scroll to the bottom and select Advanced mailbox settings


Step 3. Update your server settings:

  • Scroll down to Incoming email server and set it to:

  • Scroll down to Outgoing email server and set to


Step 4. Simply click somewhere in the main window to close the settings menu
