Managed Services Hosted Email User Guides

This page lists all of our available user guides guides that may be helpful for your users. You can share these links on your App Portal site or on your website. The mail clients listed encompass the most commonly used email clients. Other clients will work using the mail server settings listed but older clients, such as Windows Live Mail, are not suggested due to them no longer recieving security updates from the developer.

Zimbra will soon be upgrading to a new, more modern interface. Guides are available for both the Modern interface and the Classic (Ajax) below. A customer can swap between views by going to the Carat icon or Gear next to the Account Name located at the upper right corner of the screen and selecting the Modern Web Client / Classic Web App option.
